Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that reflexes on the feet and hands relate to organs and systems in the body. When pressure is applied to the reflex it creates a systematic response, clearing toxins and imbalances in your body and encouraging your body to balance itself naturally.

Claire begins each treatment with a discussion - if you are new you complete a medical questionnaire and if you come regularly you start by catching up on how you have been since your last treatment. Then you recline in a comfortable chair (or massage couch depending on personal needs, for example back issues, stage of pregnancy etc) Pillows are placed under your head and feet and if you wish a snuggly blanket is placed over you.  Relaxing music plays in the background while you relax. During the reflexology treatment your feet are cleansed and a massage balm is massaged into them. Then gentle but firm pressure is applied to the reflex points. If you don’t like your feet being touched, you can have reflexology on your hands instead.
